Orenco offers several secondary treatment solutions for environmentally sensitive building sites that require better wastewater treatment than a standard tank and drainfield can provide. These treatment systems produce clear, odorless effluent that is 97-99% cleaner than the wastewater coming into the system. As a result, the effluent is reusable for landscape irrigation.
All Orenco treatment systems use pumps, liquid level sensors, and programmable controls with timers so that wastewater is dosed to filter media and the drainfield in small, even amounts throughout the day, allowing optimal treatment. This timed dosing means that Orenco’s treatment solutions are highly reliable, even under peak flow conditions. Applications include residential, commercial,
and community-wide systems.
