VeriComm® Monitoring System
VeriComm® is the worlds first affordable, web-based monitoring system
for small-scale wastewater collection and treatment. It provides 24/7 monitoring
of all your systems, automatic communication of alarms, an escalating alarm
response process, and a secure, password-protected web site: www.vericomm.net.
User-friendly pages show just what is happening at all your systems
what condition is triggering an alarm or alert and what you should do about
it. The robust database behind the web pages gives you all the operating parameters
of your system at the moment of the alarm, alert, or regularly scheduled update.
And the database provides you with the systems complete "alarm history,"
for troubleshooting and record-keeping purposes.

The "Call Analysis" page is the heart of the VeriComm® web
site. This page describes the fault condition for the reported alarm in plain
English and makes recommendations for action. It also allows you to e-mail an
operator and to clear the alarm. The operator can enter "Notes" to
clearly document the cause of the alarm (or alert).

The VeriComm® web site helps operators manage a large number of discrete
installations. There are several "List" pages, like lists of Systems,
Sites, and Operators. There are also a number of "Detail" pages, like
this one, where the operator can maintain detailed information on every site
(e.g., address, contact name, phone number). This "Site Details" page
also allows you to access the history of the site, including the sites
Operating Data at the moment of an alarm.

The "Point Data" page provides
a snapshot of a sites operating data at the moment the site calls in to
the VeriComm® Monitoring System, whether for an alarm, an alert, or a regular
update. This page also allows the operator to schedule panel-level changes without
going out to the site, thus saving valuable time and expense.
